Offering a spectacular view of Lake Tarpon, Richard Ervin Park is a small but charming locale. A peaceful setting with birds and squirrels to keep you entertained, it’s popular with nearby residents for its playground and picnic tables.
Picnic Tables & Shelter
A nice place to enjoy some lunch, the park has one picnic shelter with two tables and a nearby grill. In addition to the shelter, there are 5 more picnic tables and a second grill. The shelter is first-come, first-served and is not available for reservation.
Benches
Take a seat, relax, and enjoy the lake view. In addition to the Adirondack seating, you can find two benches facing out toward the lake.
Playground
Nestled beneath trees, the shaded playground at Richard Ervin Park is fenced in, and features a jungle gym and swings.
Pier
Take in the views of Lake Tarpon from the park’s pier. It’s not uncommon to glimpse a view of gators here.
Dog Friendly
Leashed dogs are welcome here. For your convenience, there is a doggie waste station located near the park entrance.
A teeny-tiny picturesque park, this is a nice spot for nearby residents to enjoy some green space by the lake.
